This book is for every woman who puts everyone else first and doesn’t take the time to invest in herself. It is for every mom who keeps getting knocked down and is tired of the scars stopping her from living a life of wealth and abundance. This book is for every single mom who has to go
above and beyond because she has to be both mom and dad at times. It is for every mom who has had people turn their backs on her, and she had to raise her children by herself.
It is for every professional woman who has to wake up every day and build somebody else’s dream when she really wants to step out and do her own thing. It is for every mother who lost a child, and she still has to pick up the pieces and keep living her life because she still has other
children who are counting on her. It is for every woman who knows she was created to do more but she is afraid to flap her wings and fly because she needs the stability that the job or relationship provides.
Have you lost a child, a spouse, or a friend? Have you gotten passed over for a promotion for which you were overqualified? Were you FIRED from a job into which you put all your blood, sweat, and tears? Did your mate cheat on you, devalue you, or make you feel like you are not
good enough? Are you a single mom who has to do both roles? Have you ever been through a difficult situation, and it almost took you out literally? Have you experienced something traumatic that rocked you to your core? Was your peace of mind stolen? You couldn’t focus at
work, at home, or in life. You went through a depression that may not have been diagnosed clinically, but you just knew you weren’t yourself.
You were so devastated that you didn’t want to live anymore because you just wanted the heartache and pain to go away. As women, we experience pain and death, but we also know how to defy pain. Some pain comes in the form of betrayal. What if I told you that in order to get to your true purpose in life, you had to experience that trauma? You had to undergo that experience that gave you the compassion, insight, and strength that you needed to walk in your purpose. It hurts and hurts, and it doesn’t just stop overnight. It takes hard work and HEART work to heal, but when you get on the other side of that pain, there is abundance, joy, and peace because you have found your purpose.
Your perspective when you deal with difficult situations is the difference between winning and losing. What happens when life doesn’t go according to plan? How do you pivot into your purpose and turn your purpose to profit?

About The Author
Hey, I'm Tiarra Taylor, the Demolition Diva. I don't only break down walls and aid in the
construction of your dream home. I also help my clients demolish barriers and build their dream
lives. As a transformational specialist, I focus on transforming the outlook, lives, and financial
literacy of others.
As a licensed real estate agent and investor, personal development coach, motivational speaker,
author, and educator, I help others invest in themselves by stepping into the life they desire. I
help birth a promise from the potential already locked inside you. I not only give my clients keys
to their front doors, but I also give them the keys to a new life of purpose, joy, and fulfillment.
I was born and raised in Washington D.C., and I am a product of Prince George's County,
Maryland. I am the mother of three beautiful daughters: Taylor, Tyler, and Tori. I graduated from
Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Shortly
after graduation, I obtained my Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration
in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. As a first
generation college graduate, it was my responsibility to give back to my community as an
educator by bringing the JOY FACTOR to learning.
As an academic interventionist, I worked for nearly 2 decades in education, implementing
programs that would help students take accountability for their education, engage parents in the
learning process, and acknowledge teachers for the value that they bring to our students and the
community. My expertise was in identifying and assessing issues or barriers that were preventing
my students from reaching their fullest potential. My superpower is creating strategies that are
easy to apply to audiences of all ages, from kids to corporate professionals.
After realizing I was entering into a new season in my life, and I was no longer fulfilled with my
current life, I decided to leave my teaching career of 18 years and my on-again, off-again
relationship of 21 years to build a real estate business, so my daughters and I could have the life I
desired. The JUMP meant I no longer could depend on a job or man for security or stability.
Going back to the relationship or the job was no longer an option for me. I had planned my exit
strategy, and now it was time to implement it. I decided to put my faith in action and 100% rely
on God to supply me with clients and the other resources that I needed to take care of my girls
and myself.
Being a single mom has not been easy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. It made it
difficult for me at times to homeschool my kids and run a business simultaneously on my own. It
took me a lot of strength to walk away from my comfort zone. It was lonely and scary, but it was
so worth it. The freedom, peace, and joy I have is priceless. Today, my 3 daughters and I enjoy
doing life together and CELEBRATING ALL THE WINS. I want to give this gift of freedom
and joy to other moms, so they can experience how I felt when I made up my mind that I wanted
something different, and I got over my fears and out of my comfort zone.
Finding my purpose wasn't the difficult part – walking in my purpose was. My life's purpose is to
help transform women's lives. I educate, equip, and empower them to invest in creating a legacy
by investing in themselves and generating wealth through real estate, property ownership, and
investments. I knew at a very young age my calling was to transform lives. I want to show you
that no matter what your circumstances are, you can have the life you desire if you put a couple
of key things in place. Don't let the fear of starting over, the fear of failure, or the fear of the unknown
stop you from creating the life you desire and deserve.
